Abstract :
The performance of spreading sequences for asynchronous direct-sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) systems is analyzed. Then the sequences with exponentially vanishing and signs alternating partial autocorrelation function prove to be not the optimal spreading sequences for asynchronous DS-CDMA systems.
