Abstract :
Memristive circuits have generated tremendous attention since the memristor has been fabricated by R. Stanley Williams and his team in 2008. In this paper, we lead time-delay feedback into conventional memristive circuit, simulation results demostrated that chaos attrator can be generated in this kind of circuit.
