Abstract :
The paper first introduces the requirements of cutting tool real-time status for MES application, and analyzes cutting tool information tracking and management process. And then studies key technology about tool information tracking and management system, including tool direct laser marking and identifying technology and tool status information acquiring technology in the environment of DNC. Lastly, the thesis analyzes and designs a system using object-oriented technology, and introduces the key realization page of the system following J2EE mode.
