Abstract
In this paper we investigate the effects of operational amplifier gain bandwidth on the time-domain step response properties of active filters. A development is given of different methods that may be used to determine the rise time, delay time, and peak overshoot ratio. These methods are then applied to an evaluation of the properties of a typical active filter
