  • Abstract
    Summary form only given. We will show demonstrate a continuous mode-shaping mirror that allows production of a uniform irradiance beam. In one step, the required phase correction is ion etched on a pre-formed spherical mirror chosen in order to minimize the erosion to be performed and therefore minimize erosion time and profile errors.
