  • Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the priority sequence of the motivations, as well as the perspective of administrators to possible stimulative measures in Chinese Universities. Motivation factors and stimulative measures evaluation and selection are critical decision making processes that require consideration of a variety of attributes. We employ the neural networks to acquire the motivation factors and predict possible stimulative measures for Chinese universities administrator system. Retrospective qualitative data are gathered about universities in the city of Xipsilaan. We find that motivation is inextricably linked to both person and context. Particularly, some findings are not in accordance with traditional theoretical predictions. These findings reveal that Chinese universities administrators cannot be treated as a homogenous and static group.
