Abstract :
This paper discusses the evolution of the automation strategy at ESSROC through the three major cement plant projects completed over the last four years. Electrical modifications, control system programming and configurations, and project management are discussed on a project by project basis. Practical experiences and knowledge acquired during the process are discussed
