Abstract :
In this paper, we propose an opportunistic relaying incremental hybrid decode-amplify-forward (OR-IHDAF) scheme and present its approximate closed-form bit-error rate (BER) expression based on a Taylor series expansion method. Simulation results about the BER performance show the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the BER comparison of the OR-IHDAF with ISDF and IHDAF schemes is also provided to show the superiority of the OR-IHDAF scheme.
