Abstract :
This paper presents the principles of three PWM control strategies, namely the harmonic elimination control scheme, the current hysteresis control scheme and the space vector control scheme, which are used in the development of a 100 kVA IGBT wind turbine inverter. Based on the simulation and the output current waveform analysis, these three PWM control strategies are investigated and compared. The simulation results and certain field test waveforms are also provided in this paper
