Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to combine the ability of fuzzy set to represent more realistic situations with the well-established traditional queueing network model problem. We propose an fuzzification of M/M/1 queueing system. We also apply fuzzy set theory to the open central server network model with the fuzzy queues. Thus, we represent the characteristic and performance of open central server network model based on fuzzy queueing system
