Abstract
The time-domain analysis and measured performance of a novel multiple oscillator circuit consisting of densely integrated active devices and planar antennas mounted in rectangular waveguide is presented. We detail a prototype seven element circuit using hybrid pHEMT oscillators delivering 220 mW at 12.40 GHz.
