Abstract :
This paper studied magnetic integration of 3 phase large power online UPS. There is a output transformer in 3 phase large power UPS. The invertor of this kind of UPS exports a SPWM wave. By making the SPWM wave pass through the output transformer and the LC wave filter, a pure sine wave can be obtained, and the sine wave voltage can meet the need of load. There are two kinds of output circuit in the UPS. One of them hasn´t output reactor, output transformer´s leaked reactance can be used as wave filter´s reactance, but the leaked reactance usually isn´t large enough to meet the need of wave filter; the other has a output reactor, but the reactor has a big volume and weight relatively. By parallel connecting a core with the main core of the output transformer and let the primary winding twine on the core, this paper developed a magnetic integration device of the output transformer and the reactor of 3 phase large power UPS. If UPS adopt this magnetic integration device, its volume and weight can be reduced greatly.
