Abstract :
To measure a space charge distribution at high temperature directly and accurately using the pulsed electro-acoustic method, temperature dependence of the output signals from two kinds of piezo sensor (PVDF, LiNbO3) were checked, and the new system for measurement at high temperature was developed. The change of charge distribution with increase of temperature in a electron-beam-irradiated PMMA was observed using the new system as the typical measurement example
