Abstract :
Based on analysis of MMS sending process and quality indicators, this topic proposes segment calculation algorithm for MMS sending successful rate, which is composed with In-net Terminal to Terminal Successful Rate, Out-net Terminal to Terminal Successful Rate and SP Delivery Successful Rate. And it verifies the calculation algorithm by comparison with traditional one based on practical data. Finally this topic illustrates the applicability and advantages of the segment calculation algorithm.
