Price discount contract of supply chain coordination under demand uncertainty

Paper researches on supply chain strategy under uncertain market conditions with the coordination of supply and demand in the price discount or no, and analyzes that the price discount is how to influence the supply chain participants profit. Establishing risk neutral retailer supply chain ordering model in the single stage or two-stage, we analyze that the price discount is how to influence the supply chain expected profit. We find that the retailer can determine a reasonable price discount range through cooperation and consultation, and make the supply chain coordinate. Finally, the numerical analysis proves the validity of the conclusions.
