Abstract :
The behavior of ionic and electronic subsystems of the vacuum arc discharge is considered. It is shown that the cathode spot ions leave congestion without difficulties and the electrons formed by ionization are socialized with the emitted ones. The numbers of electrons and ions in a self-organizing system strongly differs from each other.
