Abstract :
The aim of work is to study the influence of composition of obtained (TlInSe2)1-x(TlGaTe2)x solid solutions on their dielectric coefficients. That partial substitution of TlInSe2 for TlGaTe2 in (TlInSe2)1-x(TlGaTe2)x solid solutions leads to a considerable increase in the dielectric permittivity and dielectric loss tangent in comparison with TlInSe2 single crystals.
