Abstract :
Experimentally established that the explosive electron emission from graphene structures observed effect of "saturation" - a constant current of explosive electron emission in time. This allows to obtain rectangular pulses of explosive electron emission, the duration of which is unbounded time bridging plasma diode gap. An interpretation of this phenomenon.
