Abstract :
In this contribution, the analysis and the modeling of the large scale and small scale fading statistics in a semicircular tunnel is presented. The results are based on experimental data obtained during an extensive measurement campaign in the 2.8 - 5 GHz frequency range. Lastly, a simple model to characterize the statistics of the received signal in tunnels is presented.
