Abstract :
Summary form only given. When the inline compensation is not slope matched, the CSRZ format has a greater tolerance to mismatch in the dispersion map than does the RZ format. This greater tolerance allows a larger fiber transmission bandwidth to be utilized and the number of WDM channels to be correspondingly increased.
