Abstract :
The use of high permittivity ceramic substrates to realise a range of small, low cost, high Q surface mount stripline filters is presented. These devices have wide applicability in mobile handsets and PCMCIA cards for wireless LANs. Measured results for a prototype filter with a 2 GHz centre frequency are presented.
