Abstract :
This paper is about cathode-modulator unit for the electron guns with the outlet of the electron beam in atmosphere. This article shows main characteristics of this device, such as materials, form, geometric and emission parameters. Material of cathode is carbon PAN fiber and this device works due to field emission.
