Abstract :
The model between the rotor and the stator of ring-type traveling-wave ultrasonic motor has been proposed and simulated by dSPACE in this paper. A simulation model of contact surface in ring-type traveling-wave ultrasonic motor with stator diameter 60mm has established in this paper. Any control algorithm of the torque and the speed of RTWUSM can be realized in this half-practicality simulation platform easily. It is very convenient that we never have to change the hardware for driving RTWUSM as well as the software has changed. The algorithm can be verified as soon as possible. All these are necessary for the commercialization of RTWUSM in China.
