Abstract :
A microwave resonator filter in a rectangular metallic enclosure with three-dimensional (3D) full-wave analyses is presented. By using 3D finite-element method (FEM) to perform numerical simulations, more accurate parameters and predictions that are hard to be measured but actually affect the performances of a microwave dielectric filter are investigated. Some significant and novel phenomena in this article were first uncovered
