Abstract
Improvement in the performance of a mesh network is significant when multiple radios become part of the each node with utilization of multiple channels. The mesh network met with the problem of assigning the multiple radios and channels and avoiding the interference. Key problem of channel assignment in the mesh network has been examined and proposed a model based upon the dynamic assigning the channels. The results of the simulation showed improvement in performance of the mesh networks with multiple channels and multiple radios. The modified CLICA algorithm presented the very close to our desired results in multi channel and multi radio assignment with improved throughput and interfere avoidance in a mesh network as compared to already developed algorithms.
