Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a coordinated scheduling scheme with adaptive user feedback to mitigate inter-cell interference (ICI). Concretely, we analyze the ICI incurred by quantized error for optimal user sorting, which decides whether the user should feedback the interfering CSI or not. Our proposed scheme can improve the feedback efficiency and reduce the backhaul overhead. Meanwhile, the scheduling algorithm combined with the adaptive feedback scheme is presented in this paper, which can achieve a considerable cell edge performance gain by restraining the ICI of cell edge users. Simulation results show that our proposed coordinated scheduling scheme is an effective solution to improve the cell-edge users performance while ensuring a lower load on the backhaul link.
