Abstract
According to the meteorological factors affecting the refractive index, this paper studies a one-dimensional closed model of refractive index structure constant of microwave horizontal propagation in the boundary layer, considering the train high moving speed. We study a relationship between the train speed and temperature or specific humidity respectively, and deduce an expression between the microwave refractive index structure constant and temperature fluctuation and specific humidity fluctuation. Research shows: the influence of train speed on temperature is larger than specific humidity. Train speed, temperature and specific fluctuation all have effect on the microwave refractive index structure constant.
