Abstract :
This paper presents a design of a low-voltage fully differential current-mode analog CMOS integrator using FG (floating gate)-MOSFETs. The performances of the proposed circuit are predicted by theory and SPICE simulations. The integrator covers the frequency range 4 MHz-800 MHz at a 1.5 V supply voltage and dissipates DC power of about 74 μW. The proposed integrator was fabricated in a Motorola 1.2 μm CMOS process through VDEC (VLSI Design and Education Center)
