Abstract
The source of electrons reliably operating in this pressure range is required to develop a wide-gauge vacuummeter (10-7-760 mm Hg). In this paper results of the study of photoemission from the surface of different materials under the impact of UV LED sources with wavelengths of 260 and 280 nm are shown.
