Abstract
For conventional feedforward type delay lines, phase variation with external temperature has not been considered. This phase variation is the main cause of low linearizer efficiency. In this paper, a new type of vector phase controller using a vector theory is proposed to solve the problem of delay line phase variation. As a result, when the input signal consists of one or two with a phase variation of ±10° in a 10 dB dynamic range, the phase of the delay line is changed within 0.35° and amplitude is changed by less than 0.07 dB
