Abstract :
In order to optimize the design of cotton picker´s airflow system, and determine its main parameters, this paper based on the analysis of its structure and working mechanism, taking wind speed, air pressure, air volume for the study.Determine the materials (cotton, impurities) and structural design parameters of the relationship between airflow system´s parameter by optimizing the design parameters and experimental analysis, and Solve the congestion problem in the transportation process.and which provide a theoretical basis for further study. When the transport wind velocity 25m/s ultimately, the transmission is smooth and no jams. This paper studied and optimized airflow system, in order to promote our own cotton picker´s research and development.
