Abstract :
The switching transient course of IGBT, which is its basic dynamic performance index and one of the main cause of inner loop current in a paralleled source system, determines the source system well-running and stability. In this paper, an amended and extended IGBT switching transient course is raised based on an existing model, as well as a flexible modeling rule with corresponding parameters fitting. The modeling method raised in the paper is a provoking and helpful research to a modeling and analysis in the distributed source system.
