Abstract
Combining the characteristics of non-stationary signals, this research is done about the noise filtering algorithm of the wavelet threshold. According to the theory of the useful signal and noise have different Lipschitz indexes, a set of methods of wavelet threshold noise filtering and combining the characteristics of DSP chips were established, to make this method realized in hardware.
