Abstract :
Electrical conduction in polyimide (PI) prepared by vapor deposition polymerization is investigated with a low frequency sinusoidal wave and saw-tooth shaped wave. The sinusoidal response shows a asymmetric current wave form (with respect to t-axis) which depends on the electrode materials. Current wave forms observed with saw-tooth shaped wave voltage show a peak associated with space-charges
