Abstract :
Summary form only given. We have observed anomalous magnetic-field-direction dependent saturation, decrease, and recovery of THz-radiation power from femtosecond-laser irradiated InSb and InP in a strong magnetic field. Accompanying this phenomenon, we also observed an asymmetrical frequency shift of the radiation in the magnetic field direction. These experimental facts imply there is rich undiscovered physics to be explored.
