The teaching management of high school has to adapt to the characteristics of higher education development. With the rapid development of higher education to a more popular phase, Chinese universities are going through stages of repositioning, integration and reorganization. The article analyzed several key problems existing in current higher education administration like shortage of education resources teaching management principle, management method and management system and teaching management information system, all has already canned not adapt to new situation nowadays. Based upon that, the article proposed that the higher education administration reinforce the reform in increasing the resources investment of higher education, innovating education management concept and management methods, establishing higher education quality monitoring system, improving teaching regulation system, achieving the teaching management information.
