Abstract :
Summary from only given. The space-time SPIDER technique is able to provide full characterization of an optical pulse before and after its passage through a sample of nonlinear material. This knowledge can be used to set up an inverse problem: given the pulse parameters before and after propagation, find the optical parameters of the material.
