IEEE Canada past president greetings to conference participants

Once again Halifax is the host of one of the Canadian Flagship Conferences. This time it is the Electrical Power & Energy Conference 2010 (EPEC ´2010). This Conference is a major annual event and is the proud achievement of IEEE Canada, made possible by the efforts of our dedicated and able Conference volunteers. This year the Conference is sponsored by the IEEE Canadian Atlantic Section and the IEEE Canada (Region 7).
