Abstract :
In this paper a Figure of Merit (FoM) for evaluation of agreement between participants in complex-valued intercomparisons is proposed. Our purpose is to judge the quality of the results and of the uncertainty regions as provided by the participants. Any change in the measured values or in the size, shape and orientation of the uncertainty ellipses is shown to correspond itself with a variation in the FoM of a given participant.
