After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Bilingual education is not only the major requirement of the international trade undergraduate course, but also the effective way of training international elites. The try of bilingual education of the international trade undergraduate course has got some achievements, but the subject object of bilingual education has not been really achieved due to different reasons, which cause ??subject spoilage??. This essay analyzes the reasons of ??subject spoilage?? and puts forward strategies accordingly.
