Abstract
The phase transition temperatures and piezoelectric properties of x(Bi1/2Na1/2)TiO3-y(Bi1/2Li1/2)TiO3-z(Bi1/2K1/2)TiO3 (x+y+z=1) (BNLKT 100y-100z) ceramics were investigated. BNLKT 100y-100z (y=0-0.08) show the morphotropic phase boundaries between rhombohedral and tetragonal around y=0.18-0.20. MPB compositions showed large piezoelectric properties, however, depolarization temperatures, Td, were low. On the other hand, BNLKT4-28 with tetragonal composition shows comparatively high Td and d33 of 227degC and 147 pC/N, respectively.
