Abstract :
The time reversal (TR) technique was used into the 4-ary overlapping pulse position modulation (OPPM) to improve the performance of the high-speed ultra-wideband (UWB) communication system. The inter-symbol interference (ISI) and the bit error rate (BER) of the communication system before and after using the TR technique were compared. The results show that the TR technique can greatly reduce the BER of the high-speed UWB communication system. The data rate reached 1Gbps with 10-2 order BER level.
