Abstract :
Based on the standard capacitor acting as reference standard from 100 kHz to 10 MHz, the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance and the open-short-load (OSL) technique are used to calibrate the frequency characteristic of four-terminal pair resistor. In order to eliminate or reduce the nonlinearity error of measurement instrument, the method can keep measurement range of instrument invariable by selecting different nominal standard capacitor at the different calibration frequency.
