Abstract
This paper proposes a vehicle-to-grid (V2G) system which integrates with renewable energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power. Moreover, a multilayer AC grid including power grid layer and gridable vehicles aggregation layer is established. V2G control which refers to smart charging-discharging strategy and load frequency control is introduced in this paper. And it is simulated by Matlab/Simulink on four grid conditions with different number of vehicles. The results illustrates that V2G can be utilized for system frequency regulation to improve the frequency quality and power quality.
