Abstract :
A new numerical method - Kuhn algorithm with contour integral - is introduced and used to calculate the complex dielectric permittivities of materials with the short-circuited-waveguide technique in microwave automatic measurement. Some numerical results are given to verify the validity and efficiency of the numerical method.
