Questions and Strategies of Learning Design under the Informational Circumstance

With the rapid development of computer technology and communication technology, the information technology has deeply influenced almost all aspects of the life. For example, telecommuting, shopping online and E-Learning. Due to the popularity of the Internet and changes of the way which people live and study, educators and education workers continuously quest how to utilize information technology to improve more convenient and effective learning. Therefore they has improved the instructional theory and pedagogy, and developed many learning tools for online learning. When research how to do Instructional Design more effectively to promote learning processes, people produce a new kind of Instructional Design. That is Learning Design. And Learning Activity Management System is invented as a new tool for E-Learning with the principle of Learning Design. This paper discusses how to use this new tool for Learning Design with the support of information technology; questions and relevant strategies which users may encounter.
