Abstract :
This paper reports the development of accelerometers that are based on high Curie point Aurivillius phase CaBi2Nb2O9 piezoelectric ceramics sensing elements. The acceleration sensor that is sustainable at 630degC has been demonstrated. The thermal deviation is around 10% in the wide temperature range.
