Abstract :
In the SRM control, it usually needs to set an angular sub-division for the positional signal of the rotor so as to fix a precise position for the rotor. This paper introduces a new method of realizing angular sub-division by software. It simultaneously analyses the advantages and weakness of Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) multiple frequency circuit to realize angular sub-division. Take Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) as the control object, the two methods are used respectively and the experimental results indicate that the angular sub-division can improve the performance of SRM, but the software method is better than the hardware one in precision and reliability control.
