The teaching quality evaluation is necessary for promotion teaching quality. Firstly, the indicator system for teaching quality evaluation of university is constructed in this paper. Secondly, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is proposed and its principle is expatiated in detail, and finally, a teaching quality evaluation model is established by adopting analysis hierarchy process to ascertain right weight involving 17 indicators in five aspects so as to provide scientific basis to teaching quality evaluation of university teachers.
