Although there are many problems in industrializing technological achievements in universities, people cannot find effective ways to solve them. Starting from management process, the paper mainly discusses the application of design management in constructing support system for industrializing technological achievements in universities. On the basis of strengthening basic research and technological development, the system tries to get combined with enterprises and other social bodies through many channels so as to make contribution for the strategy of revitalizing China through science and education.
